They are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their well-established Property team in Dorchester or Bridport.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with clients to ensure smooth property transactions while receiving full support from a collaborative team.
The Role:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, and equity transfers.
* Provide clear, practical, and proactive legal advice to clients.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
* Work independently with minimal supervision while benefiting from the support of a knowledgeable team.
About you:
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Passionate about providing excellent client care in property transactions.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
* Excellent communication skills to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and external parties such as estate agents and lenders.
* IT proficient, with experience using Outlook, Word, and case management systems.
* A proactive team player with a flexible, "can do" approach and the confidence to work independently
