£35,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience) + overtime _benefits
A global manufacturer based in Huddersfield is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their growing service team. This is a permanent opportunity within a well-established organisation that continues to invest in its people, technology, and UK and international growth.

Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer
* Carrying out on site servicing, revalidation, and testing of engineered systems
* Electrical fault finding and basic mechanical diagnostics
* Airflow testing using calibrated equipment
* Filter integrity testing and particle testing
* Calibration of pressure and velocity instruments
* Completing service reports and technical documentation
* Maintaining test equipment and company van to required standards
* Representing the business professionally on customer sites
* Identifying and feeding back service, spares, or upgrade opportunities
Requirements of the Field Service Engineer
* Mechanical or Electrical Engineering apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualifications
* Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment
* Electrical fault-finding experience
* Experience with airflow testing, filter integrity testing, or calibration
* Comfortable with travel and staying away when required
* Full UK driving licence
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively
* Strong communication and customer facing skills
