What will you be doing?
* Get to know the Galliford Try businesses
* Build and develop your expertise in areas such as Resourcing, Early Careers, HR Administration, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Reward, Talent Management, and Learning and Development.
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment and employment experience.
* Gain exposure to HR operations, including data management, administration, and policy support.
* Develop key skills working with experienced professionals across various HR functions.
* Progress into a broader HR generalist role, supporting operational excellence and employee lifecycle processes.
* Work on HR projects supporting our Employee Value Proposition and Diversity & Inclusion journey.
This role is available for a September 2025 start, with flexibility for an earlier start date. The role involves working in UK offices with potential travel around the UK.

What are we looking for?
Graduates with a Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline by September 2025, strong collaboration skills, a full UK driving license, and the ability to work and live in the UK without restrictions.
