MI & Insights Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced MI & Insights Analyst to take ownership of performance reporting, dashboards, management information and insight generation across Sales & Marketing activity.
This is a highly visible role focused on turning complex commercial data into actionable insights that drive prioritisation, optimisation, forecasting and business growth across both core and emerging propositions.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own and develop the Customer Office MI & reporting suite
* Deliver insight across campaign performance, channel ROI, funnel health and conversion metrics
* Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packs for leadership and board-level stakeholders
* Build and maintain dashboards across multiple business applications
* Analyse commercial performance trends and provide recommendations for growth and optimisation
* Improve data quality, CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
* Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital and Data teams to ensure robust measurement and reporting frameworks
Key areas of expertise:
* Commercial MI and performance reporting
* Dashboard creation and data visualisation
* Sales funnel and pipeline reporting
* Marketing performance analysis and attribution
* Turning data into meaningful business insight and recommendations
* Stakeholder engagement across Sales, Marketing, Ops and Finance
Tools & experience:
* Power BI
* HubSpot
* GA4
* Monday.com
* Excel & Microsoft 365
* LinkedIn analytics/reporting tools
* Strong B2B reporting and analytics experience preferred
