Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Net Revenue Sales Apprentice to be based in London, UK.

As a Net Revenue Apprentice and Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA), you'll engage in a dynamic blend of academic learning and practical application. Your week will be divided between dedicated study for your degree, and actively applying your evolving skills and knowledge within the workplace.

Alongside the course, you will support the Net Revenue Controller in identifying the best ways to drive net sales growth. You support the creation of insights that fuel thought leadership across the business, partnering closely with the Net Revenue Executives, Sales teams, field teams, finance and HQ to ensure aligned execution. You will gain a strong grounding in the core aspects of business and management, understand the environment and the context surrounding the business’ operations.

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you'll achieve a BA honors degree in Business Management, complemented by accreditation from the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

1. Lead the adoption, day-to-day integration and analysis of the TPM solution across the business.
Drive strategic implementation to evaluate, optimise, and measure the effectiveness of the promotions, trade investment and forecasting.

2. Generate and distribute best-in-class performance insights that underpin business planning, customer strategy and commercial decision making.
Lead the development of materials for the monthly business planning review with the senior leadership team.

3. Own reporting and insights for the central investment fund, acting as the go-to expert on the current position, investment ROI, and future opportunities. Support the weekly trade investment reviews process, driving accountability and clarity across the business.

4. This is a list of the main duties or tasks that the post holder will be expected to be competent in upon completion of the L6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.
Learn how to support the development of organisational strategies and plans.
Understand how a project moves through planning, design, development, deployment and evaluation.
Learn how to plan, organise and manage resources in order to achieve organisational goalsLearn how to manage budgets, controlling expenditure and production of financial reports.
Understand approaches to innovation and digital technologies and their impact on our organisation, and how their application can be used for organisational improvement and development.
Learn to build teams, empower and motivate others to improve performance or achieve outcomes.
Learn to build rapport and trust, develop networks and maintain relationships with people from a range of cultures, backgrounds and levels.
Use evidence-based tools and ethical approaches to undertake problem solving and critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation to support decision making.
Drive to achieve in all aspects of work.
Be flexible to the needs of the organisation.

5. Commitment to ongoing self-development and training including ability and willingness to commit to completion the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship L6. This may require attending off site training.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills.
8. Commitment to Red Bull Values: Be Yourself, Go Beyond, Get Involved & Open & Honest.
9. Fully funded qualification.
10. 3 or More A-Levels (Or equivalent) at Grade C or Above.
11. As you will be receiving a degree at the end of the course, you must not already have a degree to apply.
12. Travel 0-10%
