Job Description:
RPS is seeking an efficient Client Services Co-Ordinator/Administrator for our Occupational Health (OH) team based in Mansfield. The role involves ensuring all aspects of service delivery to clients, managing day-to-day tasks, following procedures, and meeting KPIs, always with the customer in mind. Hybrid working options are available after training.

What you’ll be doing:
* Answering communications from clients, suppliers, and the OH team
* Using our booking system to schedule appointments and update relevant parties (full training provided)
* Monitoring client charges and producing invoices
* Attending client meetings via video call
* Inputting weekly electronic timesheets (training provided)
* Performing routine administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
Who we’re looking for:
* Strong office-based administrative experience in a busy environment
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Pivot and Vlookups
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service focus
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Team player and independent worker
