Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience analysing, capturing, and presenting complex information from multiple sources - Strong experience designing processes or tools to manage systems configuration data - Demonstrable stakeholder management skills, including advising and working with senior stakeholders - Experience working in complex environments with multiple priorities and external suppliers - Ability to operate confidently in a client-side role, engaging with the supply chain - Knowledge of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and associated control methods (desirable) - High-level understanding of IT architecture and data systems (desirable) - Experience in systems configuration management and systems transition or change programmes (desirable) - Highways or transport sector experience (desirable)
Responsibilities:
- Support the understanding, documentation, and transition of legacy traffic management system configurations - Baseline existing configurations and support their migration into new platforms - Engage confidently with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration - Analyze and present complex information clearly to facilitate informed decision-making - Participate in a multi-year modernisation programme, focusing on systems thinking and strategic insights
