Role Responsibilities
As a Food Tech TA, you will play a key part in the smooth running of the department, including:
1. Supporting the Food Technology teacher during practical and theory lessons
2. Preparing materials, ingredients, and equipment for lessons
3. Ensuring a safe, hygienic, and well‑organised classroom environment
4. Providing 1:1 or small‑group support to students who may need extra help
5. Encouraging students to develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills
6. Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour

9. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
