Overview
Start date: September 2026. Airbus seeks university graduates to join the Global Graduate Programme. This two-year, personalized development journey focuses on cultivating professional skills, business acumen, and technical abilities with an emphasis on developing leadership potential from day one. You will gain exposure to a specific, impactful position within the Supply Chain & Logistics Team and join a global graduate community for a dedicated development week annually.
Throughout the programme you will be developed into an established and valuable team member from day 1, gaining understanding of Airbus business, opportunities, challenges, and needs. You will have opportunities to do your best work in an industry that reshapes how we live in our world.
What You Will Be Doing
* Develop a unique understanding of our end-to-end supply chain through exposure to its full life cycle.
* Work cross-functionally from production planning to supply management to logistics & transport including the Beluga.
* Work on a wide portfolio of topics related to process improvement, digital transformation, and synchronization of our information flow.
* Contribute to the decarbonisation of our supply chain by driving sustainable projects in collaboration with our suppliers.
Our projects have an impact across the UK and globally. Beyond your work placements and studies, there are opportunities to join employee networks such as the Early Careers network, Generation Airbus, Pride@Airbus, Balance for Business, and more to help develop professional and personal skills.
At the end of the 2-year development programme you will be equipped as a key player in our team.
What We Look For
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent within Business Management, Supply Chain & Logistics or Engineering
* Strong verbal and written communication in English
* A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
* The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development
What You Will Need to Apply
* Project management experience
* Capacity to work under pressure and support projects with challenging timelines
* Familiarity with Google Workspace
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Knowledge of IT tools will be considered an asset
