Responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical Pensions Administration services to clients, including calculating and making payments of scheme benefits.
2. Training and mentoring junior team members, helping them develop their knowledge and skills.
3. Checking and authorising work of other team members.
4. Applying benefit structures, trust deeds & rules, and legislation.
5. Supporting the Administration Manager to meet departmental deadlines.
6. Handling queries from HMRC and DWP, and liaising with clients, scheme actuaries, and third parties.
7. Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
8. Responding to technical queries from members via phone, email, and letter.
This role is ideal for individuals with previous DB Pensions Administration experience seeking to develop their technical and supervisory skills within a supportive organization.
