A leading international life sciences organisation is seeking an experiencedCRM Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving CRM adoption, operational excellence, and digital transformation across Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly innovative commercial transformation team following a major migration to Veeva CRM, where CRM is viewed as a strategic business enabler rather than simply a system.
The Opportunity
Working closely with European CRM leaders and affiliates, you’ll play a key role in driving CRM adoption, enablement, and operational excellence across Europe. This is a highly visible position with exposure to senior commercial and medical stakeholders, focused on enhancing CRM strategy, user engagement, and platform optimisation.
Key focus areas
* European CRM operations & release management
* CRM projects including Account Planning & Events Management
* User training, support & documentation
* Data quality & process improvement
What they’re looking for
* 4–5+ years CRM experience within pharma/life sciences
* Strong Veeva CRM experience preferred (IQVIA CRM also considered)
* Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
* Someone able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
* Comfortable challenging stakeholders and driving best practice adoption

Travel will include occasional visits to the UK headquarters, affiliate workshops, and attendance at the annual Veeva Commercial Summit.
