Job Duties:
1. Supporting teachers in the delivery of educational programmes
2. Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
3. Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
4. Preparing and organising learning materials
5. Assisting in assessing student progress and performance
Required Qualifications:
6. GCSEs in English and Maths
7. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
8. Enhanced DBS check
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working in an educational setting preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
9. Understanding of child development and learning processes
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Ability to work effectively in a team
12. Strong organisational skills
Working Conditions:
Work hours may vary within school hours, potential for occasional after-school events or meetings
