 
        
        My client is looking for a full time and permanent Customer Support/Service Specialist, to join their dedicated and hard working Customer Service Team based at their Manufacturing facility in Middleton. They are looking for someone with good attention to detail, enjoys working in fast paced environments and likes to be part of a successful team. This role is a permanent position and can offer you some sustainability, away from temporary customer service roles. Hybrid working is offered after you training period with 2 days working from home allowed.
Duties and Areas of Responsibilities:
 * Maintains and updates general customer data and pricing in the operating system.
 * Manages and enters orders daily.
 * Resolves any customer problems or complaints in a timely manner.
 * Provide quotations to customers.
 * Handles freight quotes.
 * Handles daily invoicing.
 * Manages intercompany orders (communication with sister companies about orders).
 * Works closely together with Production, Sales, Accounting and Shipping departments.
 * Knowledge, Skills, Abilities.
 * Excellent interpersonal skills.
 * Highly organized and disciplined.
 * Ability to work in a very fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
 * Strong client-facing and communication skills.
 * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
 * Hands-on mentality.
 * Excellent work ethic and a strong sense of urgency.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent written and verbal skills.
