Your new role
To assist the Management Accountant in the preparation of reports and documentation for review by the Finance Manager or HR and Finance Director
1. Maintain the fixed asset register.
2. Reconcile Cash and Banking
3. Preparation of periodic VAT Returns
4. Submission of Goods and Services Tax return (GST)
5. Assist with the preparation of month end journals such as prepayments, accruals and depreciation.
6. Oversee the US Stock Reconciliation
7. Maintain HSBC Import Funding where applicable
8. Create and maintain monthly P&L and BS reconciliation templates
9. Obtain and post AMEX Statements
10. Obtain and post HSBC Corporate Credit Card Statements
11. Assist with production on month end Management Accounts
12. Assist with Management Accounts during times of absence
What you'll need to succeed
13. Good oral and writtenmunication skills.
