We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our team in a varied front‑of‑house role, as a Reception and Office Administrator. You will be the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting a range of office administration and hospitality tasks. This is a full time office-based role. Act as the first point of contact, delivering a friendly and professional front‑of‑house service. Manage reception, calls, visitors, post, deliveries and site security procedures. Set up and support meetings and events, including room layouts, AV, catering and bookings. Maintain reception, meeting rooms, kitchens and communal areas, ensuring they are tidy and well stocked. Provide general office and administrative support, including document preparation, supplies ordering and system updates. Support facilities, IT and onboarding tasks, including desk set‑ups and reporting issues. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a reception, hospitality or office administration role is essential. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities. Professional, calm, and approachable manner.
