Senior Learning & Development SpecialistMonday to Friday 37 hours per week£36,045.66 - £39,250.48Norse Groups Learning and Development team are currently recruiting for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.As Senior Learning & Development Specialist you will work alongside the Talent Learning and Development Manager to support colleagues with advice and guidance on training needs to ensure delivery of high-quality development and training to staff. Lead relevant business projects through the identification and design (where appropriate) of learning solutions and delivery. You will develop and deliver a range of soft skills and management development solutions to address training needs for the Norse Group, including the accurate demonstration of effective learning through evaluation of development solutions.Main Responsibilities:
1. Support the Talent, Learning & Development Manager to determine training needs for the business, resulting plans to which aim to ensure compliance with any statutory or regulatory training requirements as well as increased competency of employees to drive higher levels of performance and service delivery.
