Registered Nurse Opportunity at Meallmore
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore's Willow Lodge Care Home. Our purpose-built facility provides high-quality, personalized nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia and its related conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
* Oversee all aspects of the shift, ensuring seamless delivery of care
* Conduct continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs to implement a person-centered care plan
* Mentor and support team members, promoting best practice and professional development
Requirements:
* Current registration with the NMC
* Excellent communication and report writing skills
* Previous experience of leading a team is desirable
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks
