Support the Supply Chain Relationship team to deliver excellent service while meeting cost targets. Analyse service level reports to identify trends and recommend improvements. Maintain customer scorecards and ensure accurate supply reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistent communication. Prepare for and participate in supply meetings, providing relevant data and insights. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Support forecasting and stock management for customer activity planning.
