A leading national law firm is seeking a Senior Environmental Lawyer (7–14 PQE) to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner specialising in complex regulatory environmental matters.
The Role
* Acting on regulatory environmental defence work, advising and representing clients in environmental prosecutions and enforcement actions.
* Supporting major real estate and corporate clients on the environmental aspects of transactions.
* Opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile matters with top-tier clients.
* Flexibility for permanent, interim, or fixed-term contract arrangements.
The Candidate
* Minimum 7/8 years’ PQE in environmental law (regulatory and/or corporate support).
* Experience in defending environmental cases is highly desirable.
* Corporate support experience with large real estate or corporate clients is beneficial.
* Must be a genuine environmental specialist – H&S regulatory experience is not relevant for this role.
* Ability to work independently and manage complex caseloads.
