Client Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated healthcare assistant to support a 9-year-old client. The client has been residing in a well-maintained home environment and has had a tracheostomy since 2016. A qualified carer is needed to provide necessary support and assistance with the client's daily needs.
What HFH Offers:
* Our client base typically requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, with continuity provided by a small core team of regular care staff.
* Specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours.
* We aim to offer work that meets your availability. On average, carers work three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning between £500 - £555 per week.*
* This work pattern results in an approximate annual income of £26,200 - £28,950*.
* All staff are employed directly and paid via PAYE, eliminating the need for third-party companies or self-employment calculations. PAYE also ensures compliance with IR35 regulations.
