Service Coordinator Our client is a well-established business based in Harrogate.A new position has become available within their Service Department due to continued growth.They are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage a portfolio of customers and engineers. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment using their own initiative. Salary is circa £27,000p/a, plus excellent benefits including 32 days holiday (including stats), gym membership, employee wellbeing program and on-site parking. Role and Responsibilities Managing customer relationships Maintain an excellent level of customer service Managing diaries and booking appointments Providing quotations to customers and following up Producing and sending out invoices Ensuring all customer requirements are met and future services are scheduled Experience in customer service is essential along with working as part of a team and meeting deadlines.
