Once disembarking the taxi outside the school/care centre the Passenger Assistant is responsible to safely escorting the service user to the building door and hand over to a member of school staff or any other care staff. Same applies to the return journey. Most PA shifts are 1-2-1 services, meaning in most cases you are only escorting one child alone.
