Role Overview
This role co‑ordinates the administration of the Medical Education department and supports administrators in providing a comprehensive, efficient, and high‑quality administrative service. The post holder will co‑ordinate Medical Student placements, training programmes and academic programmes for doctors, doctors in training and medical students. They will assist in the day‑to‑day running of the Education Centre at Farnham Road Hospital and in wider education department activities.
Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinate administration of the Medical Education department and support administrators to deliver high‑quality service.
* Co‑ordinate Medical Student placements, training programmes, and academic programmes for doctors, doctors in training and medical students.
* Assist in the day‑to‑day running of the Education Centre at Farnham Road Hospital and other education department activities.
* Engage with internal departments, training providers and external bodies such as universities, BMA, HEE and other trusts.
* Assist in the running of a busy training centre and support doctors' inductions and training.
