Outreach Case Worker (Justice)
Salary: £28,755
Location: Durham, Middlesborough and Darlington and surrounding areas
Contract: Permanent full time.

We're looking for a dedicated Case Worker to join our team - someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation and flexibility. This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation isn't just about offering advice; it's about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey
About the Role:
In this outreach role you will work from various settings across the region. This will include probation offices, approved premises or various community settings. You will be providing one-to-one support to a caseload of participants as they reintegrate into society. As a key member of a dedicated team, you'll help individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, work towards training or employment and make meaningful steps toward rehabilitation.
In addition to community support you will also be required to attend custodial settings to support in the Departure lounge when participants are being released.
