Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BMW MINI Paint Technician located in Slough. The Paint Technician will be responsible for carrying out high-quality paint repairs on vehicles, ensuring that all work aligns with Sytner Group’s standards. Daily tasks include meticulous preparation and painting of vehicles, quality control to meet the highest standards, and collaboration with the body shop team to ensure timely completion of repairs. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organised workspace and adherence to our Health & Safety culture. You will be working in a fantastic facility and be an important part of a friendly, welcoming and high-performing team.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in vehicle paint and painting
* Knowledge in Body Shops and Collision repair processes
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* A strong organisational mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive environment is an advantage
