Morgan McKinley are headhunting on behalf of an independent Price Reporting Agency who are looking for a Sponsorship & Partnership Manager to join them on a 9 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities of the Sponsorship & Partnership Manager:
* Identifying, researching, and reaching out to potential partners and sponsors in the commodities industry
* Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current partners and sponsors
* Evaluating the ROI of partnerships or sponsorships, sharing outcomes with the company, and using insights for future decisions
* Overseeing the entire lifecycle of sponsorships or partnerships, including involvement in trade shows and co-branded marketing activities
* Regularly assessing and improving partner and sponsor agreements and contracts
* Collaborating with internal teams to maximize the value of partnerships and sponsorships
* Managing sponsorship activities to ensure alignment with brand objectives
* Staying updated on commodities market trends to identify new partnership opportunities
* Providing senior management with regular updates on partnership and sponsorship performance
Ideal Background/Skillset of the Sponsorship & Partnership Manager:
* Demonstrated experience in successful partnership and sponsorship management
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for building and sustaining relationships
* Proficient in negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary up to £60,000
