Shift Maintenance Engineer - Panama Shift Norfolk | FMCG Manufacturing £49,000 £2,000 Shift Allowance Overtime @ 1.6x I'm recruiting for a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Norfolk looking to strengthen their shift engineering team with a solid, hands-on Maintenance Engineer. The Role Panama shift pattern (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights depending on start date), 6-6 with a paid 1-hour break. Average 42 hours per week over a 2-week period. You'll be responsible for: * Breakdown response and fault-finding * Planned preventative maintenance * Root cause analysis and permanent fixes * Supporting continuous improvement on site This is a fast-paced environment. They need someone proactive, not just reactive.
