Installations Manager (Kitchens / Stone Worktops)
Location: South of England – ideally based in Ware, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Stevenage, Baldock, Hertford, Luton, or Dunstable.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead installation operations across the South of England for a company known for high‑quality kitchen and stone products. You will play a key role in improving performance, customer satisfaction, and team stability.
The company is a well‑established fabricator and installer of bespoke kitchen worktops and surfaces, supplying high‑end residential and commercial clients nationwide. Due to continued growth and internal restructuring, they are now looking for an experienced Installations Manager to oversee operations across the southern region.
In this role you will manage teams of installers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for scheduling, customer liaison, quality control, health & safety compliance, and supporting the development of installation teams to drive consistency and retention.
This role would suit someone with management experience in kitchen, worktop, or interior installations, who is confident leading field teams and maintaining high customer and quality standards.
The Role
* Oversee installation teams across the South of England
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget
* Conduct site visits, toolbox talks, and quality audits
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
* Manage health & safety, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Drive continuous improvement and team development
The Person
* Experienced Installations or Field Manager (Kitchens, Worktops, or Interiors)
* Proven background leading installer or fitting teams
* Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
