As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with complex needs through both 1:1 and small group work. You’ll help deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning approaches, working closely with teaching and therapy teams to create purposeful, engaging experiences. The role includes supporting communication, sensory, physical, and behavioural needs, as well as providing personal care when required — always with dignity and respect.
