Location – Chesterfield

Contract type – Permanent

Working hours – 37.5 hrs/week (Mon‑Fri)

Titles: Administration Support Officer – Health, Safety & Compliance Department at a well-established housing association (Sellick Partnership). Assists with various support duties to provide an effective & efficient service.

Salary – £24,309.05 per annum, rising to £25,744.30 per annum with annual increments


Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Ensure robust system for monitoring & ordering, taking delivery, ensuring returns to suppliers. Issue PPE & Work Wear to Supervisors and Managers.
* Ensure all returned Work Wear is placed in Recycling bins.
* Ensure Pat Testing is carried out with our preferred contractor – Office Equipment Welfare Cabins, Community Buildings, Power Tools. Keep records of all items.
* Ensure Ladder Inspections completed annually by preferred contractor. Keep records of passed items and any declared faulty.
* Organise relevant Supervisor / Operative training courses.


Essential Experience

* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Excellent ICT skills.
* Can-do attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure, respond flexibly to tight deadlines.
* Experience dealing with internal & external customers at all levels, by telephone & face‑to‑face.
