The Role - Civils Site Manager
* Day-to-day site management of civil engineering and groundworks projects
* Programme planning, labour and resource control
* Ensuring health & safety, quality and housekeeping standards are maintained
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders
* Enforcing company standards and driving best practice on site
The Person
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering / groundworks
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification
* First Aid qualification
* Full UK driving licence
* Organised, proactive and solutions focused
