Helpdesk Administrator – Location: Airdrie – Salary up to £30,000 + Benefits
The Role
As Helpdesk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of maintenance and service delivery across a range of contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Logging and managing reactive and planned maintenance jobs via CAFM systems
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients, handling queries and service requests
* Scheduling engineers and coordinating workloads effectively
* Monitoring job progress to ensure SLA and KPI targets are met
* Raising purchase orders and liaising with subcontractors
* Updating clients on job status and ensuring high levels of customer service
* Producing reports and supporting contract administration
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in a Helpdesk / FM Administration role (essential)
* Experience working within Facilities Management or HVAC environments
* Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* A proactive and customer-focused approach
