Commercial Enablement is the team that ensures our commercial colleagues havethe knowledge,resourcesand support to support transformational change.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Commercial Enablement PMOand delivery lead, tosupportthe strategic execution ofa large changemanagement programimpactingover 2K customers and 100s of Account Managers. You will act as a key enabler, orchestrating program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and ensuretimelyexecution against program key milestones.

In this role, you will also support program delivery by supporting communicationsandstakeholder briefingsensuring our commercial enablement team and stakeholders are aligned, informed, and empowered to succeed.

WhatYou’llDo on a Typical Day:

1. Lead the Commercial Enablement (CE) plan to enablea large changemanagement program
2. Ensure the enablement program is aligned to overall commercial priorities andtimelines andprovide status updates via stand ups andSmartsheetreports.
3. Act as the project lead within the enablement team ensuring teams are aligned to the programobjectivesand are delivering against agreed timelines.Ensure risks are tracked.
4. Represent CE on key project callsand execute against requirements including supportingfield briefings and communications.
5. Support the tactical delivery of communications and execution of the planby supporting briefings and communications
6. Ensure successful delivery and executionaccording to major milestones
7. Create and planstakeholder updatesto ensure alignment and address concerns
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and escalations,facilitatingcollaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For :

9. 3+ years of project management experience. Formal PMO experience preferred.
10. Proven experience managing commercial or business enablement programs in a matrixed organisation
11. Demonstratedexperience in program leadership and delivery with strong execution management capabilities
12. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
13. Proven ability to drive internal alignment and cross-functional collaboration
14. Extensive experience creating stakeholder briefings and executive communications
15. Communication and influence skills – ability to craft compelling messages and communicate effectively across all levels including internal and client messaging.
16. Presentation and facilitation skills –expertisein delivering engaging briefings and leading stakeholder sessions
17. Delivery execution excellence – strong capability to drive program execution, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
