JOB SUMMARY
Loading
Bay Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
flow of traffic, efficient loading and unloading of goods, and maintaining
security within designated areas. This position requires a combination of
excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to
safety and security protocols. You will
be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects
our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not
limited to:

Traffic
Management:
Monitor designated areas and enforce parking
regulations to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
Direct traffic during peak hours or special
events to prevent congestion and maintain order
·
Loading
Bay Operations:
Oversee the loading and unloading of goods in
designated loading areas
Ensure that vehicles adhere to designated loading
and unloading zones and site restrictions i.e. height, weight and timings
Coordinate with delivery drivers and other
personnel to facilitate efficient loading and unloading processes
·
Security
Surveillance:
Ensure the loading bay is secured when not in use
to deter unauthorised access and maintain a visible security presence.
Monitor security cameras and alarms to identify
and respond to any suspicious activity or security breaches
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and
or alarms and take appropriate action as per policies & procedures

Customer
Service:
Provide assistance and information to motorists,
pedestrians, and other individuals as needed.
Address inquiries, complaints or concerns from
stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency
services, and other agencies as required to ensure public safety and security.

Documentation
and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of parking violations,
incidents, and security-related activities
Prepare reports detailing daily activities,
incidents, and any notable observations for management review.
Assist with investigations by providing relevant
information, testimony or evidence as needed
