Academics are looking for a SEN teaching assistant to work in a vibrant and inclusive school located in Richmond. The school has a well-structured curriculum from early years to year 6 with excellent facilities which is accessible for both pupils and staff. We are looking for a passionate, patient and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and ensuring they have the best possible learning experience. Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Primary School in Richmond Contract Type: Full-Time - Monday to Friday Daily Rate: £90-£110 (Choice of Umbrella or PAYE) Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with various SEN, both inside and outside the classroom. Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans, ensuring students' individual needs are met. Support the social and emotional development of students with SEN, helping them build confidence and independence. Encourage and promote positive behaviour and attitudes within the school community.
