Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. This position is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and staff alike. Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services is highly desirable.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitise bathrooms and kitchens.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
* Follow established cleaning procedures and health regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional service to guests.
Experience
* Previous hotel experience is preferred, particularly in a housekeeping or cleaning role within the hospitality industry.
* Demonstrated janitorial experience with knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is advantageous.
* A strong work ethic with an emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
