Debrief Administrator (Transport & Logistics)
Location: Nuneaton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 9:00pm (25 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £13ph
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Are you organised, confident, and great at keeping things running smoothly at the end of a busy day? We’re looking for a reliable Debrief Administrator to join a well-established transport and logistics business based in Nuneaton.
This is a key support role working in a fast-paced transport office, where you’ll be responsible for handling driver paperwork, checking delivery information, and making sure everything is accurately recorded before the end of shift.
The Role
As a Debrief Administrator, you’ll:
* Collect and check Proof of Delivery (POD) paperwork from drivers.
* Ensure all delivery details are accurate and logged on the internal system.
* Liaise with drivers and planners to resolve any missing or incorrect information.
* Complete end-of-day admin tasks to keep the transport operation running smoothly.
* Support the wider transport team with general administration duties.
About You
* Previous experience in an admin or transport office environment is ideal, but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
* Confident working under pressure and managing several tasks at once.
* A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
