Smile education are recruiting for an SEN Science teacher with SEN experience to work in a school to teacher Science 5 days a week. The role would be working at a very small school with a tight knit staff team and SLT support.
The role would be long term and full time with it potentially leading to a permanent position.
The responsibilities of the SEN Science Teacher role:
Plan and deliver captivating core subject lessons to students in line with the curriculum
Focus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinking
assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurturing a love for learning will be central to your role.
Be able to structure lesson plans for different level of student needs.To apply for this SEN Science Teacher role, you will need the following:
A bachelor’s degree in education, science or a related field.
Teaching certification or QTS.
Proficiency in the secondary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
Have experience or the desire to work within an SEN settingThe benefits of this SEN Science teacher role:
