What's involved with this role: JOB TITLE: Safe Accommodation Housing Support Worker (Complex Needs) REF: 000A 4FE1 / 1 Pay rate: £12.18 per hour PAYE The role: Our client is looking for a Housing Support Worker to provide intensive support to women in safe accommodation who have complex needs, including domestic abuse, substance use and/or mental health issues. This is a hybrid role based in Halifax. Key Responsibilities: Hold a small caseload to provide tailored, trauma-informed support Carry out risk/safety assessments and support planning Help clients access benefits, services and long-term housing Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends What the client is looking for: Experience supporting adults with multiple disadvantages Knowledge of domestic abuse and trauma-informed practice Strong communication, organisational and partnership skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle What the client offers: 37 hours per week Hybrid working model Opportunity to make a real difference to vulnerable women’s lives How to Apply: Please apply with your CV and covering statement.
