Long headline on two lines to turn your visitors into users
Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of injection molding machines and automation systems at customer sites. This customer-facing role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication.
* Installation & Commissioning: Set up, calibrate, and ensure compliance with specs and safety standards.
* Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PC issues; perform preventive maintenance and upgrades.
* Support & Training: Provide remote/on-site assistance and train operators.
* Reporting & Improvement: Prepare service reports, give feedback, and help standardize procedures.
Your experience
* Education: Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Experience: 2–5 years in plastics injection moulding machinery service or related field. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PCs, and robotics.
* Skills: Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80–90%). Valid driver’s license and passport.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments. Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible work hours.
