About the role
We are searching for a Quality Complaints Coordinator within our Supply Chain team. We know you share our Purpose and Values, so if you feel that you have experience and skills we need, please see below for more details.
What you'll be doing
* Primary contact for complaint handling (customer, commercial etc)
* Managing the complaint system within Intelex
* Define and improve the complaints handling procedure (including RCA), drawing on your systems experience
* Completing thorough complaint investigations (including interrogating SPC, MARS reports, SCADA etc.) as well as carrying out appropriate testing to aid with resolution (including applications testing)
* Attend customer sites to aid in complaint handling from time to time and when necessary (this may include international travel)
* Complete/participate in traceability exercises as required by the customer
* Ensure that outcomes of complaint investigations are clearly communicated out to the key stakeholders
* Actively participate in and, when required, lead problem solving sessions (A3, A4, KT) across the business
* Support other departmental functions as required
About you
* Experience of working with customer complaints/customer facing role
* Good knowledge of Intelex required
* Experience of using problem solving tools
* Good knowledge of the product quality standards required
* Demonstrable problem-solving skills
* Computer literate with the ability to innovate and have a scientific approach to work
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines, working either independently or as part of a team
* Document management in ensuring appropriate records are maintained in compliance with legal requirements
* Qualified to degree level within a food, science, or engineering discipline
