Previous experience in a care-related role is essential.
Our values are at the heart of everything we do:

* Support
If you share our values and want to be part of a team that makes a real difference, we want to hear from you.
Roles are available across various services with different shift patterns, operating 24/7, 365 days a year.
You will support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care by assisting with duties as directed by registered staff, in line with individual care and treatment plans for patients and service users.
You will demonstrate an attitude that respects and values patients, service users, and their carers, ensuring they are at the centre of care and treatment planning.
Mersey Care is one of the largest providers of physical and mental health services in the North West, serving over 1.4 million people across the region, and also covering North Wales and the Midlands. We offer inpatient and community services supporting physical and mental health, including specialist inpatient mental health, learning disability, addiction, and brain injury services. We are one of only three trusts in the UK to offer high secure mental health facilities.
Our commitment is to ‘perfect care’—care that is safe, effective, positively experienced, timely, equitable, and efficient. We support our staff to perform their best and work collaboratively with service users, families, and carers to develop future services. We are currently implementing organisational and service transformation to enhance quality and reduce costs safely.
Flexible working requests will be considered for all roles.
