Quality Assurance Analyst

Aviva are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure that our controls are in place to protect our customers and business, identify and prevent risks from occurring and measure great customer outcomes.
A bit about the job:
In this varied role, you understand and map QA touchpoints on customer journeys throughout operational areas, liaising with and building rapport with key stakeholders at all levels up to and including senior partners.
Using your analytical skills, you will understand trends, and take ownership of building and maintaining relevant questions banks, and methodologies for customer journey sampling, process sampling and thematic reviews.
Both a team player and comfortable working on your own, you will be integral in making decisions that will drive actions and improvements to the business, identify competency gaps and subsequent actions.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Working experience within Insurance or Financial Services is essential for this role.
* Attention to detail: Being meticulous and thorough in reviewing and analysing information, ensuring accuracy and precision.
* Experience with checking work: Having a track record of carefully examining and verifying tasks or projects, identifying errors, and suggesting improvements.
* Presentational skills: Demonstrating the ability to effectively convey information or ideas through clear and engaging presentations, utilizing visual aids and confident delivery.
* Ability to articulate yourself: Expressing thoughts and opinions clearly and eloquently, both verbally and in written communication.

* Starting salary circa £27,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
