Salary: £18 per hour, Up to £38,000 per year pro rata

Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional administrative support that enables the team to focus on revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Process sales orders accurately and maintain internal CRM and tracking systems.
* Prepare and format quotes, invoices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client communication.
* Organize and maintain digital sales folders, team timesheets, and other essential documents.
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, sales reporting, and document preparation.
* Follow up with customers regarding order updates, documentation, and inquiries.
* Monitor KPIs and ensure sales records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role (1–3 years preferred).
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing top support.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with sales documentation and order processing workflows.
* Experience supporting B2B sales teams.
