A well-established and respected high-street law firm based in Bury, are seeking a Private Family Law Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a NQ -3PQE Family Law Solicitor who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, client-focused practice.
The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Private children matters
* Cohabitation disputes
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Domestic abuse matters (experience desirable but not essential)
You will have direct client contact and be encouraged to build long-term client relationships while delivering a high standard of practical and empathetic advice.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) in Family Law
* Experience in Private Family Law
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* A proactive and personable approach, suited to a high-street environment
* Resolution membership or interest in joining is desirable but not essential
