The Role
As Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience across both legal and business services recruitment. Working closely with the firm's Recruitment Advisors, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating interviews, assessments and complex scheduling
* Managing candidate communications with professionalism and care
* Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job adverts to issuing offers
* Maintaining accurate data across ATS and internal systems
* Assisting with graduate recruitment campaigns and assessment centres
* Preparing reports, documents and recruitment packs for internal stakeholders
* Supporting wider HR projects and process improvement initiatives
