We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Live In Carer to support a 37‑year‑old woman, who has Cerebral Palsy and associated physical health needs. She lives in a fully adapted ground‑floor flat.
She requires support with all aspects of daily living, mobility, personal care, communication, and maintaining a safe and comfortable routine.
Responsibilities
* Responsibility's includes personal care and support with daily living.
* Assist with mobility and positioning throughout the day.
* Support communication needs with patience and consistency.
* Maintain a safe home environment.
* Work collaboratively with family members and any external professionals.
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and comfort.
Qualifications
* Experience with supporting adults with Cerebral Palsy, neurological conditions, or significant physical disabilities.
* Patient, empathetic, and confident in providing hands‑on care.
* Comfortable with high‑levels of physical support.
* Good communication skills and commitment to person‑centred care.
* Reliable and able to maintain professional boundaries whilst in the home.
