<div><p>Artis HR is partnering with an established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract commencing in August.</p><p>This is a broad and varied generalist HR role where youll work closely with senior leaders and managers, providing practical HR support, guidance and coaching across a multi-site operation. Youll be a trusted partner on employee relations matters, recruitment, people development and organisational initiatives, while also supporting and mentoring junior members of the HR team.</p><p>This position is fully on-site and requires regular travel between locations, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>Youll play a key role in delivering a proactive and commercially focused HR service, helping managers navigate people challenges while driving consistency, compliance and best practice across the business.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Advising and coaching managers on a wide range of employee relations matters.</li><li>Supporting absence management and helping to reduce long-term sickness cases.</li><li>Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning through to onboarding.</li><li>Delivering manager training and supporting leadership development initiatives.</li><li>Assisting with the design and implementation of wellbeing, reward and engagement programmes.</li><li>Producing and analysing HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Supporting compliance processes and maintaining accurate employee records.</li><li>Leading on HR projects and process improvements.</li><li>Providing guidance and support to junior HR team members.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><p>Were looking for a confident and approachable HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships and influencing positive outcomes.</p><ul><li>CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).</li><li>Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor position.</li><li>Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.</li><li>Strong employee relations experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.</li><li>A proactive, solutions-focused approach.</li><li>Strong administrative and IT skills.</li><li>A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.</li></ul><h3>Whats on Offer</h3><ul><li>Salary up to £34,000.</li><li>12-month fixed-term contract.</li><li>Full-time position (40 hours per week); discussion around reduced hours possible.</li><li>Fully site-based role.</li><li>A varied role with significant autonomy and exposure to a wide range of HR activities.</li><li>Supportive leadership team and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.</li></ul><p>If youre a hands-on HR professional looking for a busy and rewarding role where you can build strong relationships and influence positive change, wed love to hear from you.</p></div>
