This role sits at the heart of EE’s ambition to lead in Mobile, Gaming, and Consumer Electronics – three rapidly evolving categories where innovation, customer experience, and network excellence converge. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for the in-life performance of products across these verticals, working across the full portfolio to ensure we’re delivering outstanding experiences for customers and commercial value for the business. By combining a deep understanding of product performance, customer insight, and market opportunity, you’ll drive continual improvements, inform product strategy, and help shape the future of connectivity across all our core consumer technology domains.
What you’ll be doing
* Define and own mobile, gaming or consumer electronics (CE) product performance and its success factors, aligned with customer needs, business goals, and EE’s wider mobile, gaming & CE product strategy
* Drive product performance by identifying, scoping and prioritising product enhancements to drive customer awareness, uptake and satisfaction with product, whilst ensuring commercial viability
* Work closely with product squads, engineering, UX, and delivery colleagues to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements and success criteria, maintaining a high bar for quality across all outputs
* Work with data teams to measure product-related KPIs – including but not limited to technical performance, customer base and satisfaction, commercial contribution; and continuously evolve the product based on real usage and feedback
* Contribute to product strategy by identifying new mobile, gaming and CE product opportunities based on customer behaviour, market trends, and the evolving technology landscape, that translate into technical improvement or future product innovation
* Collaborating with Marketing & Commercial to provide deep product insight to help shape compelling propositions, offers, and brand partnerships developed by the Marketing & Commercial team
* Input into future GTM and proposition plans by ensuring the product side is ahead of the curve in capability and readiness to help deliver commercial success
* Be an active participant in a collaborative and transparent product culture – breaking down silos, sharing insight, and ensuring the success of the wider product community
What we’re looking for
* Extensive product management experience, ideally in telecoms, digital services, gaming, consumer electronics or mobile-led consumer technology
* Deep subject matter expertise in mobile or gaming products and customer journeys, with a strong grasp of network technologies and how they impact the user experience
* Demonstrable ability to define and deliver product performance improvements in an agile environment, working in or alongside Squads or cross-functional teams
* Skilled at identifying and validating customer needs, and translating these into product requirements with strong commercial and experiential outcomes
* Adept at sourcing and using data and insight to drive prioritisation and define success measures (KPIs, OKRs, etc.)
* Experience writing clear and concise user stories, requirements, and specifications, and partnering with engineering to bring them to life
