Job Description
* Overseeing financial planning and budgeting operations within the Accounting & Finance department.
* Performing detailed financial analysis to aid decision-making processes.
* Preparing financial reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
* Identifying and implementing opportunities for financial improvement and efficiency.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Collaborating with other departments to forecast and manage budgets.
* Contributing to the development of financial strategies and plans.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Planning & Analysis should have:
* A solid educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis,
* Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
* A thorough understanding of financial regulations and standards.
* An ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
